A woman was kicked off the Delta Flight traveling from JFK to Syracuse, New York, for her unreasonable behavior with the flight attendant and a passenger with a child.
Marissa Rundell was onboard a Delta flight with her 8-month old baby, Mason. However, her peaceful journey was interrupted by a woman who created a scene on the plane.
The woman refused to sit with the passenger who was carrying a child with them. When told by the attendant to sit in her seat, she threatened to get the attendant fired from her job.
Marissa, 19, also uploaded a video on her Facebook, displaying the entire episode. In the beginning of the video, the woman can be seen getting up from the seat next to Marissa and saying, “I’m not sitting next to a crying baby.”
Marissa interjected and said, “He’s not going to cry the whole time.”
The flight attendant, named Tabitha, asked her if she would do like to take the next flight. To that the woman then said, “No I can’t!”
She then went and sat on one of the seats in the other aisle. At this point, the unreasonable passenger demanded to know the flight attendant’s name. She complied, while also telling her employee number.
The woman then said, “Thank you, Tabitha. You may not have a job, tomorrow.”
By this time, the flight attendant had had enough of the woman’s and she sternly said, “I want this lady off my plane.”
In an account to DailyMail, Marissa told, “She was the last one to get on the plane and I was in the second to last row of the plane.”
She further added, “She came to the back and slammed her bags down. She said, ‘This is f****** ridiculous. It’s bulls**t having to sit in the back of the plane.”
After complaining about being seated at the far end of the plane, the woman began to crib about being seated with a lady with a baby. According to Marissa, the woman also had unkind words to say for her baby boy. She asked her politely to refrain from using derogatory words for her kid.
When the woman refused to listen, Marissa said, “I said again, please watch your language. She told me to shut the f*** up and shove it. That’s when the flight attendant came over and asked what the problem was.”
The women apologized at the end of the video when the flight attendant decided she could not travel on the plane.
She insisted that she couldn’t take the next flight. She could be heard saying, “I can’t Tabitha, I have to… I apologize, I apologize, I apologize, I have to be on this plane.”
Marissa uploaded a message with her video, commending the airline for denying the lady permission to travel with them.
She said, “This lady thought she was going to be rude to me and Mason now she has no way home today. Thank you to the lovely Delta flight attendant for not letting this woman bully us. Karma is a b****.”
