Ponytail brows, peak brows, negative space brows and what not. These were just some of the weird and arguably absurd – things people have done to their eyebrows.

The Cut compiled the many ‘Absurd Brows’ trends of 2017, but none of them are as ridiculous as the ‘Halo Eyebrow’, the latest makeup trend of 2018.

Instead of having two separate eyebrows over each eye, the Huddersfield based Hannah decided to connect the eyebrow tails and make it one

The UK based beauty blogger posted this look on Instagram 6 days ago and then again 2 days later.

Funky eyeshadow trends have also been seen on Instagram. (Source: Instagram)

She first posted a picture with the Halo Brow on which she has got over 5000 likes, with the caption, “HALO BROW🔥(follow @hannahdoesmakeupp if u see this) lollll so me and @daisyamalie were talking about the fishtail brow trend & then we came up with this😂😂 ~

Later she posted by saying, “HALO BROW😇😇 (if u see this follow me @hannahdoesmakeupp) Comment ur age, I’m 16😌” getting more than 3000 likes on it.

The makeup experts were quick on the case into spotting the new style, and making it a trend.

Hannah was interviewed by Pop Sugar, who called it “the greatest piece of art of our time.”

It turns out the Halo Brow was inspired by January’s trend of the ‘fishtail brows’ as Hannah said, “I was having a conversation with a friend trying to come up with a new idea for a look, and all of a sudden it came to me that I should connect my brow tails. This look was influenced by fishtail brows; seeing the way my brow flicked upwards inspired the idea of just carrying the brow on until it met in the middle.”

The fishtail brows were the trend of January where one would shave off a part of the eyebrow and gave it a flick to make it a ‘fishtail’.

The struggle of doing it every day must be real until the shaved off part of the eyebrow grows back!
