The 28-year-old wore a delicate, blush pink Versace dress to the event, showing off her super sexy sky-high legs with a huge thigh-split and silver-gold beadwork detailing on the front and back of the bodice. The gown reportedly ‘took 800 hours to bring to life’, according to Donatella Versace. After accepting her awards, Swift nearly flashed her lingerie as she confidently strode backstage.
The MGM Grand Garden Arena event in Las Vegas was Swift’s first red carpet appearance at an award show in two years. She attended the event in high spirits and ended up winning the Top Selling Album Award and Best Female Artist Award.
In her acceptance speech for her second award of the night, Taylor humbly expressed, “When I started writing songs when I was 12, I started writing songs because it made me feel more understood. And when I was making Reputation, for a while there I felt really, really misunderstood by a lot of people. I just wanna say to the fans, thank you for continuing to show up.”
She continued by thanking her fans for making her feel understood, caring about her, and treating her with love.
Fans loved Taylor’s look at the award show. They expressed their thoughts on Twitter, ecstatic over her wins.
