Kylie Jenner has joined in on the publicity for Travis Scott’s upcoming album Astroworld, which is set to release on Friday, August 3rd.

The album is produced by Gunna, Sheck Wes, NAV, Wheezy, Sonny Digital and Fki 1st. These producers along with Sonny Digital, WondaGurl, Amir ‘Cash’ Esmailian, Frank Dukes, Don Toliver and Allen Ritter joined Scott in Hawaii last month to complete the album and get it ready for launch day.
In an Instagram post on July 13, producer Mike Dean gave fans a glimpse of the finished product, writing, “Got it.” Dean also confirmed the release date in an Instagram live session, additionally saying to fans that “you’re gonna s**t your f***ing pants” when they hear the album.
The album features the lead single Watch which features Kanye West and Lil Uzi Vert. While confirming the August 3 drop date in a new video, Scott also gave fans a glimpse of Stargazing, a previously unreleased track that La Flame has already performed back in May at Rolling Loud.
The video also doubles as a trailer as Travis continues the outer space theme and shows himself in a post-apocalyptic landscape filled with planets and UFO’s. Jenner, who shares daughter Stormi with Scott, shared the same video on her Instagram, giving Scott a way to reach 112 million people.
In September of last year, Scott detailed the inspiration behind the albums name and told Rolling Stone that he planned to bring fans a whole amusement park experience when he took the album on tour. He said, “I don’t know why it hasn’t been done already—I think people just don’t do s**t. Who makes stages these days that are cool?”
This is Scott’s first album after 2016’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.
