Luke Perry’s final resting place has been kept private by his family despite the fact that Perry’s death certificate says he is resting in Tennessee.
TMZ obtained Perry’s death certificate, which claimed that the Beverly Hills, 90210 star was transported to Dickson, Tennessee. He was buried there on March 11. The document stated the actor passed away due to an “ischemic cerebrovascular accident”, or a stroke, five days before his death. His time of death was noted as 12:44 PM on March 4.
Despite what Perry’s death certificate states, The Blast claimed on Wednesday that the Riverdale star has not really been buried in Tennessee, where he owns a lot of property. His family is allegedly not wanting to disclose his final resting place. They want to keep it as “private” as possible.
The owner of the Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson, Don Carter, said Perry was nor buried in his facility. He had “no idea” why his facility was listed on the death certificate made public.
According to The Blast‘s calls to the Cemetery Office for the City of Dickson, Perry is also not buried in the city’s other cemetery Dickson Union Cemetery. The Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center and Spann Funeral Home also revealed they did not handle the burial arrangements of the star and permits were not issued in The Planning & Zoning office for Perry’s farm.
A source told The Blast, “The family is purposely not disclosing the location of where he is buried”. The Riverdale actor has owned a farm in Tennessee since 1994. He was a part-time resident of the state before his death on March 4.
Perry was 52 at the time of his passing.
