Lil Xan was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday, and took to his social media to reveal to fans that it was because of overeating hot cheetos.
In a video uploaded to his Instagram, Lil Xan told his followers that he had ended up in the hospital on September 25 due to over consumption of hot cheetos. He said, “I guess I ate too many Hot Cheetos and it ripped something in my stomach open, so I puked a little blood.”

Fans had a bunch of opinions about Lil Xan’s hospital stint, with some saying it was all an attempt at gaining publicity and others focusing instead on the state of Lil Xan’s home.
“How to put someone in hospital 101: feed them hot cheetos,” one wrote.
“Can I go clean your apartment and pack for you?? I nearly died from the sight lol,” another wrote.
Another fan related to Xan’s issue, writing, “Yeah they rip up the lining in ur stomach:/ I got the same issue. They so good tho.”
“If that what caused you to go to the hospital, you’re not a rapper!” another one joked.
