It’s gettin’ harder for us to Keep Up With The Kardashians, as Kourtney Kardashian continues her feud with her sisters.
On this week’s episode of KUWTK, tensions between the Kardashian sisters, which were supposed to be simmered down through therapy, felt just as, if not more, palpable.
According to Kim K, who unearthed the concept of therapy for her family and made it mandatory for them to partake in it, tensions between the siblings still remain unresolved. KKW stated, “We really haven’t resolved anything with Kourtney since the therapy session.”
“We’ve so much more to really hash out and it just hasn’t happened yet, so we’ve just all been kind of walking on eggshells around each other,” she added.
Kim K is right in saying that a lot needs to be hashed out, because the Kardashians have not yet moved past the issue of inviting Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick, to Kris Jenner’s Christmas Eve party.
Kris Jenner seemed to be on the side of Disick, when she insisted on him attending the event.
“You have to invite Scott,” Kris commanded. “You can’t just have him come to a party for 10 years as part of our family, he’s still part of our family,” she added.
The Kardashian’s Jenner cousins were also involved in this family feud; Kendall Jenner was quick to step in and draw a parallel between Disick and dad Caitlyn Jenner. During the discussion about extending an invitation to Scott Disick, Kendall snapped and said, “What about my dad?”
Kim, however, realized that the comparison Kendall had drawn was an unfair comparison to make. Kim stated in defense of Scott, “Scott has never done anything mean or said anything negative. So that’s different.”
“Is that actually a joke?” Kendall retaliated. “They’ve both done f–ked up things in different ways.”
However, it feels as if Kris Jenner’s wish is not her daughters’ command; Kourtney stepped up, in the midst of these arguments, to state that she had complete autonomy on the decision to invite her ex.
“This is exactly why my sisters and I haven’t been getting along. They just don’t have my back and they don’t take my feelings into consideration,” Kourtney expressed her feelings on the show.
“And now I feel like the same thing’s happening with Kendall. If it’s not exactly what they think there is always criticism and judgment and I’m not here to be criticized every day,” she added.
Kourtney snapped back at her sisters and exclaimed, “I am so over everyone and their bitchiness,” and decided to skip the family festivities for Christmas this year.
While Kendall decided to ‘convince Kourtney out of it a little bit’, Kim K labeled Kourtney’s reaction as ‘a cry for help’.
In the midst of this spectacle, Khloé Kardashian seemed to be the only one worried about the potential increase in the communication between the sisters, which they had attempted to bridge through therapy.
“I just think, given everything that’s gone on, the last thing we need is separation like this,” Khloé stated. “The divide is gonna get worse and worse the more time that we just ignore what’s really going on,” she added.
After stating that she is ‘so over everyone and their bitchiness’, the oldest sister Kourtney decided to raise a white flag. She chose to stay home for Christmas, and also decided to send an invitation to ex Scott Disick. The invitation, however, was contingent upon Disick staying on good terms with her former boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, at the party.
