In a teaser for the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim told family friend Larsa Pippen that Scott wants another child with ex Kourtney. The couple were together for nine years and have three children together.
Kim said, “I think he just wants one more. And she wants one more.“ Larsa replied, “If they both want to have more kids, like why not have them together. Their kids are gorgeous.“

Kim further devised a plan, saying the couple should conceive another child through IVF. Since both of them were seeing other people at the time, Kim said they could easily conceive without any complications messing anything up for them. She also told the cameras that she continues to “hold onto this hope of Kourtney and Scott“.
Larsa added, “It’s just so much easier to have the same dad.”
Kim declared that she was going to tell the family about what Scott had said to enlist their help in making a fourth child a reality for the couple. She sent her family members an email, and accidentally left Kourtney on the list of recipients.

A stunned Khloe called Kim to let her know what had happened, saying, “You completely left Kourtney on the f***ing email, did you know that?”
Kim was completely taken aback by the news, telling Khloe she had not meant for that to happen at all.
