Jacob Elordi, The Kissing Booth actor, played the role of a high school heartthrob and football player, Noah Flynn. Here are a number of interesting facts that not everyone knows about him.
1. He’s an Australian who hates cooked vegetables!
Jacob was born and bred in Brisbane, Australia in 1997. He finished his high school from St. Joseph’s Nudgee College in his hometown. As a kid, he idolized and was influenced by Heath Ledger, James Dean, and Marlon Brando. He also hates the sight and taste of cooked vegetables.

2. He is a professional motorcyclist
On the set of The Kissing Booth, Jacob learned to ride a motorbike like a professional. He had to ride several times for the movie, so it just caught on to him. In an interview with Just Jared, he said he learned to ride a bike while he was on set.
Currently, he is pondering over whether he should purchase one of his own.
3. He starred in Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean!
When Jacob was only 17 years old, he played as an extra in the American fantasy swashbuckler films, Pirates of the Caribbean. He confessed that it was his first film gig and he was appointed to play the tall person wearing a red coat.
4. Jacob is an avid photographer
More specifically, he loves taking mirror selfies. However, it is to be noted that he only loves taking photos and not having his photos taken.
5. He is dating his co-star, Joey King
According to Bello magazine, Joey revealed that she fell in love with Jacob on their movie set. She said, “Well, I thought he was very cute when we first met, but it started as a friendship.”
She added, “Right away we were talking about gross things with each other (laughing). But before long I started to realize, ‘Hey, I think I kind of like this person!’ It was such an interesting experience meeting your boyfriend on set because you spend so much time together and become so close so fast.”
She further expressed how they spent so much time with each other that the fondness kept growing, “We were spending 17 hours a day together, and all of us would hang out after work and watch movies together and stuff. It was great.”
6. Jacob marched for gun reforms
Joey and him are quite determined to stop the production and consumption of guns in order to stop violence. The pair marched for the cause in April.
7. Jacob is a Boston Red Sox fan
The couple cheer for the same baseball team!
