The “One Last Time” star Ariana Grande performed at The Wizard and I in New York City on Tuesday for a pre-taped segment for the NBC tribute to the 15th anniversary of the Broadway musical Wicked. This was her first appearance since her break up with fiance Pete Davidson, and Grande used a skin colored band aid to cover up the ‘pete’ tattoo on her ring finger.

By doing this, she ensured that Pete’s name was not in any close-up shots of her during the segment. The performance airs on October 29, by which her split with Davidson will be more than two weeks old.

The appearance was Grande’s first appearance since her split. She was set to headline a comedy appearance at Temple University on Wednesday, and a cancer charity event before that, but dropped out of both performances.

After her performance, she took to Instagram to write, “Can’t believe I almost let my anxiety ruin this for me today … not today satan! Not tomorrow or the next day either … not no more u can suck my big green d**k … finna sing my heart out and be a big walking vessel of love.”
