Former ‘Suits’ star, Meghan Markle, is all set to become a part of the royal family, with just four months to go!
The 36-year-old actress has sorted out everything for the big day in May, including her diet, workout, and the wedding dress.
Ms. Markle is going to be the new addition in the royal family after she ties the knot with Prince Harry in May.
Just like every new bride to be, Meghan has all the things to worry about with very little time on hand. On top of that, she isn’t any ordinary bride-to-be; she is a ‘Princess’ bride-to-be! This obviously adds a little more pressure. Everything, from her dress to her diet, is going to become news in these four months.
Meghan, being the daughter of a yoga instructor, knows the importance of health and fitness. She has already started with her health regime in her new home, the Kensington Palace.
In many of her past interviews, Meghan has disclosed the most important part of her workout routine: jogging!
In an interview with Women’s Health Magazine, the former Suits actress talked about fitness being an essential part of her life.
“My health, my state of mind, the feeling you have after a workout; all of this things drive me to step onto my mat or go to the gym. Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely dreadful, but I always remind myself of how good it will feel afterward. Euphoric, almost!”
She mentioned her love for running and how it makes her feel.
“Running has always been my form of moving meditation, which I relish because it allows me to get out of my head.”
Meghan also takes Yoga and Pilates classes. She goes to ‘Y7 Studio’ in Brooklyn that is famous for its hip-hop yoga classes under the light of the candles. The owner of the studio told the E! News about how wonderful a client the princess-to-be is.
“She is really sweet. Our staff loves her, she is really great. Always super kind and gracious.”
She explained the kind of workout they make people do and how effective it can be.
“We use the beat of the music to drive the breath. So we practice one breath to one movement. We use a slower beat when we are beginning in class and as the class ramps up. The beat gets faster and we are timing your breath with that so you are really moving and its fun!”
Moving on to Meghan’s diet, the royal princess-to-be prefers homemade meals instead of junk food. She loves to have a diet full of fresh vegetables, fruits, chia seeds, and fish. Her new home, fortunately, has the city’s biggest health store located near it.
With the Wedding date drawing closer, the ‘Candidates’ actress must be stressed. Joe, the owner of Meghan’s go-to health cafe, Revitasize, in Toronto, says that her fruit and vegetable intake increases with stress.
“She is incredibly health conscious and very aware of what type of food she’s putting in her body,” he told E! News.
“She would come in two or three times a week. And absolutely loved to eat our Acai bowl because she could customize it by adding superfoods such as bananas, chia seeds or hemp hearts. She was always switching it up.”
He also mentioned Meghan’s love for green and sugar-free smoothies.
“She was also really into green juice,” Joe added. “Some people like to sweeten them with fruits but Megan preferred hers to be very leafy and green. She also really liked our soups because they are dairy and gluten free. Her favorites were the coconut and mushroom soup or the broccoli and dill.”
Joe talked about Meghan’s passion for leading to a healthy life and how committed she is to the cause.
“She knows that by eating cleaner, you are going to feel better. And that’s really going to be the secret to her wedding. She is committed to being healthy. It’s a lifestyle for her. That’s who she is and why she’ll be able to handle the stress of the day.”
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are all set to marry on 19th of May, 2018. With just four months left in the royal wedding and all eyes on the sassy Suits actress, she has no time to spare!
