In 2014, Bolinger, an American nurse, was sentenced to jail for 9 years after being plead guilty in planning to behead a teenage girl, and devour her later in Canterbury, England.

Bolinger was deported back to America upon his early release. He is now rumored to be living in Blair, Nebraska where families are on high alert.

Following reports of the return of the sex offender, along with keeping an eye on their children, have also planned on increasing the number of patrols to avoid any inconvenience.

Dale Bolinger was also known as the ‘Canterbury Cannibal’. He plotted to meet a 14-year-old girl, Eva, with the intention to rape her and later, eat her.

Reportedly, he also bought an axe from an online site, Dark Fetish Network, only a day before he planned on meeting Eva. Sources have revealed that there were chat logs, where he would discuss his fetish of ‘beheading girls and then eating them.’

Reportedly, Dale’s dark fetish have more to do with the feelings of anger as compare to ‘sexual gratification’.

Many concerned families have consulted with their lawyers to consider every legal action that they can avail. One neighbor said, “This is a great neighborhood and hopefully we can find a way to get through this.”

Another resident, Sylvia Kasper, showed her concern about the situation and said, “It’s making my heart race.”

Dale Bolinger was sentenced for nine years after he was plead guilty.

Urlene King, former friend of Bolinger, shared a disturbing incident that happened between her and Bolinger in 2014. According to Ms. King, she was invited to Bolinger’s place for dinner in Brockley, and while she sat in the lounge, he tried to suffocate her with the help of a rag that was drenched in ‘noxious dry-cleaning fluid’.

She told the Daily Mirror“I was sitting on the couch with my back to the door when he attached me. I finally broke free and said, ‘What the f**k do you think you’re doing?’

“He staggered back and said, ‘Oh my God what have I done.’ But he looked different, nothing like the Dale I knew.” she concluded.

Unlike popular beliefs, psychiatrists have reported that he is not suffering from any kind of mental illness. However, reports on how Bolinger managed to get an early release are still unclear and have left everyone in shock.
